Running Songs of the Week: Week 3

songsoftheweek

Damn snow has screwed me this week. I had a stellar run on Monday outside at 60 degrees and then came the snow. I am planning the dreadmill potentially at lunch but the sidewalks look pretty clear sooooo I might rough it.

So the songs this week are more of what I want to listen to today because I had a partner on Monday. Pro Tip: Running with someone is the easiest way to keep at running. I am lucky to have quite a few people to run with at work. They also don’t mind me being slow.

Reality is setting in. I signed up for the Krispy Kreme Challenge next Saturday. I am going to struggle…hard. I have only been running 2.5-3 miles so far but mostly because of time. The race is 5….with a break in the middle where I shove donuts in my pie hole. It’s a real problem to have. The course is also pretty damn hilly. I have ran it 4 times…I am fully aware. That climb up Peace is going to hurt so damn bad. But alas, I needed a goal and here we are. God speed 🙂

This Week:

1.  Bastille – Of The Night {cover} – This has been a favorite song for weeks but finally available on Rdio.

2.  Swedish House Mafia – Miami 2 Ibiza  – someone recommended this one last week but funny enough it was already on my original list.

3.  Kid Cudi – Up Up and Away

4. Sam Sparro – Black and Gold

5. Skrillex – Kill Everybody – Good angry running music.

Join me! Comment your favorites to add to the next week. I will keep a running Rdio and Spotify playlist for all to see.

Hello, my name is Miss faith, I'm from USA. I want to inform you all that there is a spell caster that is genuine and real. I never really believed in any of these things but when I was losing Garvin, I needed help and somewhere to turn badly. I found consultant.odia spells and i ordered a LOVE SPELL. Several days later, my phone rang. Garvin was his old self again and wanted to come back to me! Not only come back, the spell caster opened him up to how much I loved and needed him. Spell Casting isn't brainwashing, but they opened his eyes to how much we have to share together. I recommend anyone who is in my old situation to try it. It will bring you a wonderful surprises as well as your lover back to you. The way things were meant to be." you can contact the spell caster on ogbonispelitemple@hotmail.com he's very nice and great.
