Mini-Post Monday – 30 Day Shred: Let’s do this shit

I have decided to give this a whirl.  If you are not familiar, like me, here is a description. I got the DVD from Netflix…so lets see if I like it. Everyone says a) it kicks your ass b) it is 20 min.  This hooked me.  I would love to be able to do P90x but I know it isn’t possible.  Allotting an hour or more a day is just not doable to me. I will probably stil be flexible with this.  I will run on days that are nice and I want to.  I will go to a class at the gym because I want to….but I think this is a good jumping off point.

So here is the starting point (props to snarkymomma for doing it too!):

Weight: 114 lbs
Hips: 34 in
Thigh: 20 in
Belly: 32 in
Lower Arm: 8 in
Upper Arm: 9.5 in(gun show INDEED!)

    At least you don’t have extra wrinkly skin – a.k.a. the reason I will always have to wear a one-piece bathing suit from here on out.

      Maybe I should have taken the photo sitting down. Landon likes the “play dough” quality of my gut. It is so attractive.
