So I am on week 2 of 30 day shred. Yeah, I can count. I am a week off because of some, um, ‘lady issues’. Another post for another time. Anyways, I started back and thought I would give level 2 a try to see how it went. Well it is a bit harder. I sweated a bit more but it wasn’t impossible. I liked the exercises more in this one. In level 1, I hate the front raises in circuit 3. Hate hate hate. I don’t have anything I hate in level 2. So I have decided to alternate between 1 and 2 for now just for variety. Also so I don’t hear that woman’s same yappin every day.
Today I am going to body sculpt at lunch to allow myself some extra calories for girls night!! New friends to meet!!!
