Bless your heart. I loathed house selling for the anxiety & constant cleanliness needed. I can’t imagine doing it w/ a toddler, a dog and being pregnant. I hope that warmer temps will bring both you & BA buyers.
I can imagine keeping that house (it really looks gorgeous – good work!) clean with a dog and a baby is like having a second job. Heck, I live with 2 fairly clean roommates and I still feel like I’m cleaning for three!

The kid really is the least of my worries. He knows how to clean up after himself. It is mostly the dog. we got lucky for 1.5 months when he lived with my in laws.
